RESUMEN:

El artículo estudia las continuidades que debió enfrentar el Gobierno de Patricio Aylwin. Por un lado, el accionar del MAPU-Lautaro, que operó con apoyo de colaboradores, tal como hacía en Dictadura; y por otro lado, el accionar de Policía de Investigaciones, que siguió torturando para poder desarticularlo. El escrito relatará dichas continuidades a través del rescate de Ariel Antonioletti, a partir de entrevistas a sus protagonistas, de prensa nacional y bibliografía. Se concluye que el Gobierno con tal de desarticular al MAPU-Lautaro, debió confiar en Investigaciones, a pesar de que estos violaran los derechos humanos, como en la Dictadura.

ABSTRACT:

The article studies the continuities that the government of Patricio Aylwin had to face. On one hand, the acts of the MAPU-Lautaro, that operated with the collaboration of others, as it did during the dictatorship and on the other hand, the acts of the Investigation police, that kept torturing in order to destroy it. This work will talk about these continuities through the rescue of Ariel Antonioletti, through interviews of its protagonists, by national press and bibliography. Finally, it is stated that the government, having as a purpose to destroy the MAPU-Lautaro, had to rely on the investigation police, regardless of the human rights violation, as it happened in the dictatorship.
